Handmade Items
Because all of our items are handmade and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, making it unique and personal.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we will work with you to make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, email us at imanirandle2016@gmail.com with the following information:

- • Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 1-2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
